British Superbike rookie sets his sights on Superbike School

Dan Linfoot, who rides for team Motorpoint Yamaha in British Superbikes, recently came to Silverstone's South Circuit to attend Levels 1 and 2.

Dan heard about the School from long-term advocate Leon Camier and decided to take two levels on successive days as this is the best way to build a solid foundation of skills. Already experienced on the track, (having started competing on minibikes in 2001), he reported that he found the visualisation skills most useful. Linfoot also noted that it's helpful to confirm what it is you're doing right, so you can focus on the areas in which you need to improve.

Other students were delighted to find they were sharing a classroom with a Superbike racer and Dan seemed to find time to speak to everyone. Due back for Levels 3&4 in August, we'll let you know how he gets on.
